چکیده
• An improved pseudo-spherical shell (IPSS) algorithm has been developed. The IPSS is highly accurate for the Earth atmosphere. This work will greatly improve remote sensing of environment in polar regions. radiative transfer solution a plane-parallel geometry good approximation many applications or other planetary systems as Earth’s radius quite large ( ∼ 6371 km). however problematic regions where solar zenith angle usually > 60 ∘ ) and spherical effect significant. One simple so-called (PSS) approximation, which treats beam attenuation exactly along nadir atmosphere while keeping plane parallel multiple scattering calculation. PSS improves intermediately angles, though error still viewing angles. In order to further treatment geometry, we have developed an pseudo approximation. method, used following techniques: I.) single solved atmosphere; II.) ratio using with our code based on successive method; III.) assumed be same both geometry. We tested performance two benchmark cases involving Rayleigh matrix. Relativistic Radiative Transfer for Spherical Flows
We present a new complete set of Lagrangian relativistic hydrodynamical equations describing the transfer of energy and momentum between a standard fluid and a radiation fluid in a general non-stationary spherical flow. The new set of equations has been derived for a particular application to the study of the cosmological Quark–Hadron transition but can also be used in other contexts.
متن کاملNumerical technique for solving the radiative transfer equation for a spherical shell atmosphere.
A method for numerically solving the equation of radiative transfer in a spherical shell atmosphere is presented. The method uses a conical boundary and a Gauss-Seidel iteration scheme to solve for all orders of scattering along a single radial line in the atmosphere. Tests of the model indicate an accuracy better than 1% for most Earth-atmosphere situations. Results from this model are compare...
متن کاملAn Improved Algorithm for Network Reliability Evaluation
Binary Decision Diagram (BDD) is a data structure proved to be compact in representation and efficient in manipulation of Boolean formulas. Using Binary decision diagram in network reliability analysis has already been investigated by some researchers. In this paper we show how an exact algorithm for network reliability can be improved and implemented efficiently by using CUDD - Colorado Univer...
